Project achievements:

Multon is an old partner of BM-ELECTRO, we completed a lot of joint projects.

This was a complex yet interesting project. First, all electric installation works were performed with the operating production lines; in some areas, we had to perform the installation in three shifts and only when the production lines were stopped for cleaning. On this site, we used all the advanced technologies of Philips in the field of lighting automated control, installed illumination sensors in all areas; the lanterns were dimmed automatically depending on the outdoor illumination level. We managed to ensure the standardized illumination on the working plane at any time of day, individually adjusted for each particular area depending on the production needs.

In some areas with a large number of windows, lanterns turn off completely during the daytime, except for the duty and emergency lighting. For process areas, we programmed various lighting operation daily scenarios depending on the production needs.

Key indicators: power consumption saving 78%; project payback time did not exceed 3 years; the number of electricians for the lighting system maintenance was decreased due to the full automation..
