The Ekimovichi Secondary Orphanage-School for Students with Disabilities was founded in 1960. In 1976, it was redesigned for children with musculoskeletal system damage and suffering from cerebral palsy. Today, the boarding school is the only educational institution in the Smolensk region engaged in teaching, educating and providing therapeutic and preventive care to children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system.

The team of BM-ELECTRO LLC, within the framework of the charity program, implemented a project for the comprehensive re–equipment of lighting in the Smolensk boarding school, the existing lighting system was replaced with lighting equipment Philips .

All installed lighting meets modern quality standards – lamps with high color reproduction, extended service life and special optics, which guarantees the necessary uniformity of light distribution.
