The Kievskoe-22 Class A logistics Park is the first unique warehouse facility in New Moscow. The total area of the complex is 114 thousand square meters. The Customer of the facility, CPD Group, is a partnership of professionals in the field of real estate investment in emerging markets and markets in Eastern Europe. The company's partners manage more than 300,000 sq.m. of real estate in Russia. We have successfully completed a number of significant development projects in Russia. Since 2000, they have been managing the evaluation and technical and economic justification of investment projects in Russia with a volume of over $ 10 billion.
