Project implementation

Beverage production plant in Domodedovo is a large enterprise of the Moscow Oblast. Pepsi®, Mountain Dew®, Mirinda®, 7Up®, alcohol-free energy drinks: Adrenaline Rush®, Drive Me®, cold teas Lipton Ice Tea®, and kvass “Russkiy Dar” are produced here on four production lines.

Pepsico in Domodedovo is the world’s largest Pepsi bottling plant. The Customer entrusted us to ensure illumination in control points in accordance with the European Standard of 300 lx at any time of day and most energy efficient lighting system.

Project achievements:

Our specialists have developed and implemented a project to modernize the lighting system with an automated control system. The lights, motion and light sensors are integrated directly into the TTX400 busbar. In 2013, this lighting system was an absolute innovation. Pepsico Holdings LLC was one of the first companies in Russia to integrate this innovative solution in its production, which allowed the Customer to save up to 40% of the electricity consumed.
