Project implementation

TGC has completed the construction of a modern class A logistics complex — TRILOGY PARK TOMILINO. The complex includes five single-storey buildings. The total area of warehouses is about 107 thousand square meters. The project is one of the most successful projects in Russia in the field of industrial construction.

Project achievements:

The feature of this project is the fixation of key indicators, namely illumination and energy consumption savings, contractual obligations for a period of 5 years. In case of non-compliance with one of the key indicators, our company undertakes to eliminate at its own expense the possible identified "deviations of key indicators".

During the implementation of this project, the normalized illumination was achieved in the interstellage zone and in the loading/unloading zone. Innovative lamps with through cooling fins BY 698 Green Perform G3 were used. An automated system based on Steinel motion sensors is used to control lighting.

The total energy savings amounted to more than 65%.
