Lebedinskiy GOK is one of Russia’s largest producers of iron ore feed stock. The Company is located in Gubkin, the Belgorod Oblast. The plant is a part of the Metalloinvest Metallurgical Holding.

The works were carried out at the following sites:

Pelletizing workshop;

Charge preparation workshop;

Tail facility workshop;

Breaking workshop;

Kilned pellet workshop;

Kiln house No1,2.

Project achievements:

Our specialists dismantled 3360 DRL type lamps and installed 1401 new Philips LED lamps. Normalized illumination has been achieved in all areas in accordance with the technical specification. In some areas, the illumination has been increased by 2.5 times. Energy savings after the modernization of the lighting system amounted to 65%. Specialized 4ME550 lamps, resistant to high temperatures, are used in hot areas. Electrical installation work was carried out in the conditions of the existing production. The works were carried out within the terms of contractual obligations and high quality of project management by the management team of BM-ELECTRO.
