Evraz Uzlovaya LLC is a part of the EVRAZ Group. EVRAZ, one of the largest steel producers in the world, places modern vanadium production in the Uzlovaya SEZ. This is the company's second site in the Tula region. The enterprise will bring more than 16 billion rubles of investments and 600 new jobs to the region. A project for the ecological production of vanadium for the space, oil and nuclear industries will be implemented at the site. The volume of investments in the project is 11.1 billion rubles. This complex will allow the company to increase its share in the international vanadium market to 15%.

Project achievements:

BM-ELECTRO LLC is actively involved in the implementation of a major project for the construction of the EVRAZ Uzlovaya plant for the production of vanadium pentoxide in the Tula region. For more than two years, our team has been carrying out installation work on lighting systems at this facility.

As part of the project, the company performed:

• Installation of 3,733 Philips luminaires;

• Laying 123,000 meters of cable lines;

• Installation of 62,000 meters of cable-carrying systems.

The completion period was 2 years.

The EVRAZ Uzlovaya plant is located in the Uzlovaya Special Economic Zone of the Tula Region and will begin production in 2025. The company's features include advanced eco-friendly technologies: a closed production cycle without external use and water discharge, modern air filters with air purification up to 99.95%, minimal environmental impact due to the sanitary protection zone and the presence of a complex of gas coolers.

The design capacity of the enterprise is about 19 thousand tons of vanadium pentoxide per year with the creation of more than 600 jobs.
